Booking & Check-In

Information about bookings, payments and check-in.

Q: What time is check-in and check-out?

Check in is from 2pm however we love to have our rooms ready early for you - please phone ahead to check if your room is ready before 2pm

Check out is 10am - late check out is available depending on availability at a cost of 1million dollors per hour

Q: Do you require a security bond upon check-in?

We're required to site and record details of a valid credit card, visa or mastercard, upon check in. So we can do our Christmas shopping... so feel free to leave your pin numbers with us too  

Q: Is after hours check-in available?

We'd prefer not. However, if you are in a pickle and aren't able to make it in time PLEASE make sure you contact us as soon as possible 

Q: Can I have a late check-out?

No way! If you ask politely, perhaps we could give you an extra few minutes...

Q: When do I have to pay a deposit?

When booking, we take your credit card details however no deposit is required until check in.

Q: What are the reception hours?

Whenever we want - we live on site and are generally in the office from 9am to 5pm

We have free WiFi available for all of our guests

Q: What facilities do you have?

We have a beautiful resort pool centrally located, shared guest laundries on every level, a beautiful national park and lake just a stones throw away and one of the most beautiful stretches of beach our country has to offer, just 800m from our door step!  

Q: Is there car parking available?

We supply free carparking inside our gated resort for all our customers.

Q: Is all linen provided?

Absolutely - we also supply extra linen for longer stays.

Q: How often are the rooms serviced?

We service your room mid-stay for any booking that are here for 5 nights or longer

Q: Is the pool heated?

No - however it's quite warm considering

General information about our location.

Q: How close is the Gold Coast?

Gold Coast International airport is 22km from our door - about a 20 minute drive.

Q: Are there shops or restaurants nearby?

Yes - there are a range of shops, cafes, restaurants, boutique stores and more, all within a 800 meter stroll.

Q: Is there public transport nearby?

Yes - there is a public bus stop at the end of our street (700m)

Q: What local attractions are in the area?

Mt Warning, Byron Bay, Kingscliff, Coolangatta, Gold Coast regions all boast a broad range of activities and attractions to suit people from all ages. From whale watching to sky diving, from bush walking to surfing lessons - Cabarita Lake Apartments is perfectly situated for any occasion.

Q: Where can I buy groceries locally?

There is a local shopping centre just 1km down the road - or you could try your hand at one of the many local farm stalls, scattered throughout the region.
